The baseball season is drawing to a close and the Cleveland Indians are battling for last place in their division. They're a cinch to clinch last place. At the end of last season the owner implied that he would give the shirt off his back for a winning season - so why is he still wearing a shirt. Rumor has it that he also claims he would give his right arm for a winning season. Isn't he a southpaw? Any truth to the other rumor that he would like to sell the team. If he did, that would give us a leg up on next year's pennant chase. Wait 'til next year!
Update: The Indians failed to clinch last place. On 10/2/10, Cleveland clinched fourth place! Three more years and its playoff time.
